Frequently asked questions
Is engraving included?
Yes. Optional text engraving on the tumbler, notebook and pen is included in the displayed gift prices. Choose your wording and lettering style in the designer.
Which boxes can I choose?
The cardboard mailer is the standard option. A premium magnetic box adds $24 per box. The premium leather-look finish is a proposed specification pending supplier approval.
Can I choose a box color?
Choose a preset or custom color in the designer. Screen colors are approximate; final material and print color availability must be confirmed before production.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Add separate logos to your tumbler, notebook, pen, mug and box. PNG or JPG files up to 5 MB are accepted; transparent PNG is preferred. Accept the artwork terms for each upload. Opubox will remove a background when needed, with approval for material design changes.
Can each recipient have different wording?
The quantity field creates identical boxes. For different designs, create each separately, or contact us to discuss a recipient list before ordering.
When will my order ship?
Orders are not open while sourcing and production are being finalized. Confirmed production estimates, shipping options and costs will be provided before paid ordering opens.
Do food items contain allergens?
Ingredients and allergen information depend on the final selected items. Do not rely on the concept preview for dietary suitability. Final product information must be confirmed before purchase.
Can I order for a team or event?
Email contact@opubox.com with your quantity, occasion, desired date and branding requirements.
What if my upload fails, or I need a custom font?
Select the email-artwork option in the designer. Once ordering is open, you can place your order and send designs, additional images, instructions and a licensed custom font to orders@opubox.com. Include your order number and identify the item each design belongs on. Production waits for artwork confirmation. The same artwork rules apply to emailed files.
